Regarding the site, I am sorry to say that it is not very user-friendly! Regarding the delivery, it's perfect. Regarding the products, I am unable to say if they are effective but I find that the principle of bottles to fill with tap water and put for 15 minutes in the container to purify the water is perfect! I also installed the filter under the sink which is supposed to eliminate (reduce?) certain PFAS and microplastics. For that too, I trust the company LaVie which certifies that it is effective!
