very very bad shipping, said package dropped at pickup point but didn’t say which pickup point

Thanks for your order on our website, they tried to deliver to your home, but you are not available at that moment.
Normally they let you know by mail or phone, or with a paper in your box. If not sorry, but we can't manage this point with the company.

Sorry for the delay in delivery but unfortunately we are dependent on carriers.
With the bridge there were problems with the packages.
