The cushion is well designed. But advertised as gray/white reversible, the interest of reversibility is seen in the fact that one side is gray and the other white, however all sides are gray. Either you made a mistake in the delivery, or your communication in the product presentation needs to be improved to better understand the product design (see your photo below which shows one gray side and the other white).
