I received my order but one jar was damaged and the contents are starting to mildew. I contacted the customer service but no one answered either on the phone or by email .... I am very disappointed.

We try to pack each product as carefully as possible to avoid breakage, but the hazards of transport can sometimes leave surprises. We do our utmost to respond as quickly as possible to your requests and calls. When you don't get an answer by phone (endless ringing), it means that our staff member is already on the phone.
