We have indeed recently encountered a problem with the module that manages the selection of pickup points on our site. It required, abnormally, the entry of a complete address to display the available pickup points, whereas normally, just the postal code is sufficient.
We understand that this may have forced you to choose a delivery with a signature, and we are sincerely sorry for that.
An update has now been made. During your next order, you will be able to easily select a pickup point again. The new module even allows for the direct display of pickup points based on the address registered in your account, without needing to perform a manual search.

It's good except for a small downside, regarding delivery, it would be nice if we could have it delivered directly to a Locker. The delivery against signature by post is problematic when you work even on Saturdays. Please change this when ordering... plus the shipping costs are more expensive!!! Otherwise, the items I bought are perfect, thank you

Regarding delivery, we completely understand the constraint related to delivery against signature, especially when you work on Saturdays. As of today, we do not work with Mondial Relay, but we offer delivery to pick-up points via Colissimo. Some of these pick-up points (notably tobacco shops) have extended hours, with possible openings on Sunday mornings, which can offer more flexibility.
We take your comment into account to further improve our delivery options in the future.
