I ordered a cap on 4-03, I'm still waiting to be delivered, no update message on my order.

I still haven't received my order, I called DPD, they have the correct address, it's been 15 days now, I think you chose the carrier and you should call them

It's a shame. They deliver a horribly poorly finished product. You have to wait hours to get a return slip! And on top of that, you have to pay return fees when they deliver you a defective product. Avoid.

The product does not meet my expectations at all. The ice bucket lunchbox is advertised to keep things warm for 12 hours, but we are far from that after only 5.5 hours. I am super happy with the thermos bottles I own (280, 500, and 750ml). They keep things cold and hot (coffee, herbal teas, soups...). But here, a big disappointment with the lunchbox that does not do its job at all

The mugs leak from the lid... not easy to drink without spilling everywhere. I will stick to the cans... Too bad I can't interchange the lids... Now I have 4 mugs that are useless. The quality of the cans made me invest in the mugs... Except that this time it's a big flop. Too bad! And the return policy is cumbersome! In short...

Hello, I bought a mug/travel mug 350ml yesterday that claims to keep things hot for 5 hours and cold for 10 hours. I directly filled it with two boiling coffees, after 45 minutes it was lukewarm and after 1 hour, it was cold. What a disappointment for a product that cost €25.

Sorry, I received my order but while the screw cap fits, the straws are too short to reach the bottom of the bottle. How can I receive straws of the right length? Best regards

The grip caps of 2 of the 3 bottles purchased about 2 or 3 years ago are leaking. The 3rd will probably follow the same path, so I am ordering 3 other 100% stainless steel caps to continue using the bottles. I hope the new ones will last longer. Note that the bottles do not keep drinks hot for the announced 12 hours. Otherwise, they are beautiful, the narrow neck allows drinking from the bottle, and I really appreciate your environmental commitment.

is useless for me and during cleaning, water can get into the cap through the pressing system to turn the time (at first I thought it was a real leak but in the end, nothing serious). The part where you put your mouth to drink is covered (by the cap when screwed on) which keeps this part clean and hygienic. The cap seems resistant with its stainless steel insert and can be stable when placed on its flat side, it is watertight but it is difficult to reach all the corners and clean the silicone seal. The inside of the bottle is quite easy to clean with a bottle brush (but it is difficult to see/inspect the inside well due to its depth and small neck). The outside being smooth is super easy to wash. Pleasant to drink from (little leakage compared to bottles with different necks) but the Bottle'UP 750ml is very deep so if you want to drink comfortably with a straw, you need a very long one (at least 28cm, which bends and folds inside the bottle once the cap is tightened and unfolds when you remove the cap to drink like a cuttable silicone straw, which they unfortunately don't seem to sell). Huge disappointment and a feeling of having been well taken for a ride when I saw in the supermarket the displayed prices for the same products (mugs at 19.99 euros) while I had ordered them directly on your site at 25 euros each, thinking I was making a committed and ethical purchase! The package never arrived in the mailbox.

Hello, We are disappointed with the item we purchased, it is supposed to keep food warm and it does not work at all, my child eats cold every day. I sent a message in contact to get explanations and tips if we were using it incorrectly but received no response from you. We put boiling water to heat for at least 30 minutes and at the same time we heat the very hot food to transfer it afterwards. But it doesn't work. If we could get a response that would be nice. The design of the bottle is poorly printed and there are even places where the ink seems to have smeared. I would like to make a complaint.

The received bottle is very pretty and my son likes it a lot, I am just disappointed with its origin. I came to the site 'Les artistes de Paris' looking for 'French bottles' and upon receipt, despite the tricolor flag on the kraft label, it is indicated in small 'made in RPC'. Really a shame when trying to be mindful of consumption. I will not order again. Too bad.

Too expensive, no return, no interest

I bought a military green Rebel bottle with a silver cap less than a year ago in a Boulanger store in Paris. I own many insulated bottles like this one because I am an avid collector, I know how to take care of them, I also have many accessories for cleaning bottles. I never let water stagnate in my bottles and always let them dry properly. But this bottle has rusted after just a few uses even though I am very careful to always clean it well and let it dry. There is rust that won't come off no matter how hard I try to clean it on the bottom, the opening, and the cap. I am very disappointed especially since for the price (and the promises) one expects better. I am also disappointed with the poor quality of their customer service as no one ever responds to emails/customer service calls.

I bought an insulated bottle with strawberry patterns. The shipping was relatively fast, the product seems to be of good quality but has several printing defects. An email was sent to customer service to request a refund and the return of a correct product 2 days ago... I am waiting for their response.

The finishes of the designs are not nice at all

The products display a nice blue, white, red label marked French and Parisian address... but when you look closer at the label, it says made in PRC (People's Republic of China)... nice scam!

Very satisfied with the delivery and packaging of the new products. But after one day of using the bottle and the lunch box that I had placed in my bag side by side, I see that the bottle is scratched due to the friction of the metal lid of the lunch box... the paint has come off!

Once the photos were received, no further news from them, no proposal or follow-up on the problem, no information on what might have happened, really disappointed with the follow-up! If I had known, I wouldn't have even replied to their email!

I am a bit disappointed with the quality. Quite a few small defects in the paint and a small dent on the cup.

One canteen does not match my order

We still have not received our order from 11/12/2022 even though we were told it has been shipped.

I received the wrong bottle in my order. The customer service is responsive but I ordered it last Monday, the return procedure is pending and I have to place a new order to get a new bottle because they do not do exchanges. I hope the procedure will speed up.

I bought a lunch box from Les Artistes because it is a French brand and it shows its commitment to a more sustainable planet. But it turns out that this product is Made in PRC, namely People's Republic of China. I expect a French brand to clearly state where it manufactures its products and that its communication is consistent with its actions by owning its choices.

There is no option to cancel an order on the site. And the complaint sent requesting cancellation has not been taken into account.

Impression of the defective bottle. Complaint made for an exchange and no response from customer service!

Very very disappointed with customer service! I wrote on June 24 because my country, Switzerland, did not exist. I received a response a month later (!) to tell me that I should use Sweden, so Sweden... uh no, I live in Switzerland, so Switzerland! And then I wait again for them to tell me to wait for them to correct it, and tonight, zero response...

I bought 2 cans of this brand a few months ago. One cap started leaking shortly after my purchase. I sent 2 emails that went unanswered!!!! So I ordered a cap on the site. This is starting to get expensive for the mug considering it is not old!!!!!

The outside of the bottle got damaged very quickly, after 2 days, without any particular use. I immediately sent an email to customer service with a photo attached. No response, radio silence. I am really disappointed.

I never received the package and the customer service remains silent when I ask them to refund me. I love their products but I will not order from you again.
