Very nice quality item, the bottle keeps things cool as indicated. I haven't tried it with hot liquids yet but I think it will work as indicated. I noticed that the bottle leaks at the cap when it is lying down, I don't know if this is normal but it can be annoying if it spills in a bag or elsewhere. That's why I don't give it the best rating.

Moreover, we returned a product ordered due to an error on the site, we reordered directly with the correction but still no refund despite the proof of return a month ago.... They probably earn too much to care about their customers... Very disappointing as it does not make me want to recommend the brand.

Delivered on time and the bottle is clearly solid and well made but the photo of the tracksuit is not faithful to the result. It's a shame there aren't several with real situational setups because I was disappointed by the print that smudged in places. It literally seems poorly printed. I still give 4 stars because it's a good value for money.
