Order received too late
The return site 'loops' on the same message without being able to know if your message has been sent correctly. Impossible to reach a human for a delivery issue, it smells like AI and chatbot.

Very poor customer service. I made a mistake when placing my order. I immediately contacted the site's customer service to ask to modify it. I never received a response, whether positive or negative. I then requested a return of the item and it has been 24 hours since my return request has been 'pending confirmation'. So I can do nothing but wait... We contact customer service which never responds to us
Really shocking, I wrote several messages via the form on their site, I have had NO reaction from them. I have an insulated bottle whose lid is no longer watertight after a few uses, I just wanted to inquire about a spare part. Zero customer service, it's pathetic.

First order directly on this site, I ordered a thermos bottle with a tattoo design and received something else.

I bought bottles from Les Artistes Paris just under a year ago, and after less than two years of use, the plastic caps are already leaking. When I contacted their customer service, I was told that the wear was probably due to misuse, despite the 2-year warranty mentioned on the label. Instead of honoring their commitment, they offered me to buy caps again! Now, I noticed they have switched to steel caps. Strange coincidence, isn't it? Maybe they finally understood that their plastic caps don't hold up, but it's still an attempt to avoid addressing the real quality issue. Personally, I will recycle my bottles into vases, as they like to show on their social media. After all, their products are worth no more than that! I will never spend another cent on this so-called French brand, which, in reality, reflects no French quality and has its products made in Asia. If you are looking for durable and reliable products, run away from this brand.
Unfortunately, the two thermos bottles I just bought do not close properly. I found myself twice with a hot drink in my handbag. Which is really not pleasant.
The printing is very poorly done at the top and bottom of my can. The pull tab is loose. The shoulder bag that "fits bottles and cans" according to the website. Yet on the label, it only says it fits bottles and it's quite difficult to fit the can inside.

I am disappointed with the product. The pattern is full of irregularities, like ink drips. According to customer service, it is related to the manufacturing technique and all bottles have this aspect. So the choices, the manufacturing methods, are not up to the qualitative image that the brand gives itself.

Very disappointed: the insulated bottle seems to have already been used as it is so damaged. Moreover, the printing of the patterns looks fake and low quality. Hardly acceptable given the price... Additionally, I have tried several times to have exchanges with customer service regarding stock, and never received a response, no reactivity. I unfortunately do not recommend.
We received a completely botched bottle... smudges, cut patterns, and we were explained that it was normal with your printing techniques... except that we already have Les Artistes bottles and nothing like this!!!
Impossible to make an exchange, transport costs to be paid 3 times by the customer: I was given a bottle, first shipping cost. I don't like the color, I want to exchange it: impossible. I have to return it: costs at the customer's expense (second). Then reorder, third shipping cost. It's ridiculous. The lunch box with the black lid is very difficult to open even after pressing the red button to let air into the box. The problem is the same with both lunch boxes purchased. Additionally, the customer service is not friendly at all and the Mother's Day promotion was misleading: it was stated that one tea infuser would be offered for every insulated container purchased, having ordered 2 lunch boxes I thought I would receive 2 infusers but that was not the case, Aurélie from customer service explained to me that it meant one infuser per household... Avoid!!

The ordered item has a defect making it unusable. I made a return request, which took more than a week to be accepted. However, the package must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. How to deal with such a response time? I am left with a paid unusable item. Customer service needs improvement.

Order shipped very quickly, package very well wrapped. However, at first glance, the print of the pattern (heart) is really not great at the joint, you can see the crease. And let's talk about the mug itself, I got wet trying to drink. After several attempts thinking I wasn't using it correctly, I finally understood that it was leaking. So it wasn't a problem on my part. I contacted customer service for a refund and I'm still waiting...

It's a shame. They deliver a horribly poorly finished product. You have to wait hours to get a return slip! And on top of that, you have to pay return fees when they deliver you a defective product. Avoid.
The product does not meet my expectations at all. The ice bucket lunchbox is advertised to keep things warm for 12 hours, but we are far from that after only 5.5 hours. I am super happy with the thermos bottles I own (280, 500, and 750ml). They keep things cold and hot (coffee, herbal teas, soups...). But here, a big disappointment with the lunchbox that does not do its job at all
The mugs leak from the lid... not easy to drink without spilling everywhere. I will stick to the cans... Too bad I can't interchange the lids... Now I have 4 mugs that are useless. Hello, I bought a mug/travel mug 350ml yesterday that claims to keep things hot for 5 hours and cold for 10 hours. I directly filled it with two boiling coffees, after 45 minutes it was lukewarm and after 1 hour, it was cold. What a disappointment for a product that cost €25.
Sorry, I received my order but while the screw cap fits, the straws are too short to reach the bottom of the bottle. How can I receive straws of the right length? Best regards
Is useless for me and during cleaning, water can get into the cap through the pressing system to turn the time (at first I thought it was a real leak but in the end, nothing serious). The part where you put your mouth to drink is covered (by the cap when screwed on) which keeps this part clean and hygienic. The cap seems resistant with its stainless steel insert and can be stable when placed on its flat side, it is watertight but it is difficult to reach all the corners and clean the silicone seal. The inside of the bottle is quite easy to clean with a bottle brush (but it is difficult to see/inspect the inside well due to its depth and small neck). The outside being smooth is super easy to wash. Pleasant to drink from (little leakage compared to bottles with different necks) but the Bottle'UP 750ml is very deep so if you want to drink comfortably with a straw, you need a very long one (at least 28cm, which bends and folds inside the bottle once the cap is tightened and unfolds when you remove the cap to drink like a cuttable silicone straw, which they unfortunately don't seem to sell). Major negative point: I love drinking very cold/iced and: they indicate

Huge disappointment and a feeling of having been well taken for a ride when I saw in the supermarket the displayed prices for the same products (mugs at 19.99 euros) while I had ordered them directly on your site at 25 euros each, thinking I was making a committed and ethical purchase! Hello, We are disappointed with the item we purchased, it is supposed to keep food warm and it does not work at all, my child eats cold every day. I sent a message in contact to get explanations and tips if we were using it incorrectly but received no response from you. We put boiling water to heat for at least 30 minutes and at the same time we heat the very hot food to transfer it afterwards. But it doesn't work. If we could get a response that would be nice. The design of the bottle is poorly printed and there are even places where the ink seems to have smeared. I would like to make a complaint.
Too expensive, no return, no interest
I bought a military green Rebel bottle with a silver cap less than a year ago in a Boulanger store in Paris. I own many insulated bottles like this one because I am an avid collector, I know how to take care of them, I also have many accessories for cleaning bottles. I never let water stagnate in my bottles and always let them dry properly. But this bottle has rusted after just a few uses even though I am very careful to always clean it well and let it dry. There is rust that won't come off no matter how hard I try to clean it on the bottom, the opening, and the cap. I am very disappointed especially since for the price (and the promises) one expects better. I am also disappointed with the poor quality of their customer service as no one ever responds to emails/customer service calls.
The finishes of the bottle are disgusting. The NASA pattern is poorly printed, it smudges
