Very happy with this 2.0 Pearl bottle. The shape is very practical, it cleans well and the quality is there. I particularly appreciate the all stainless steel cap (except for the silicone seal).

I am delighted, the water bottle is very beautiful just like in the photos. As for cold drinks, it retains the temperature perfectly for hours. I haven't tested hot drinks yet since we are in summer.

I bought the insulated mug and I am very disappointed that the spout is not watertight at all especially considering the price ....

I had to replace a cap because the previous one was cracked. I sent a message on the site to get the reference and I never received a response. I ordered a cap that matched the volume of my bottle and this cap does not fit. I will be refunded but I paid for shipping for nothing.

The photo does not match the received item: the zipper is much smaller and much less practical to use.

In addition to the various designs, the Las Artistes water bottles keep things cool for a very long time.

I ordered a cap because I lost the small red seal and it is no longer airtight. No issues with the order site and delivery. However, I find it unfortunate to have to order a cap for €11 (€6.50 + €4.50 shipping) for a simple seal. In the comments, I read that I was not the only one in this situation. Perhaps it would be wise to add this (expensive) spare part to the catalog!

I bought the first models of cans whose system was much more ergonomic and simple. The glossy screen printing disappointed me. Again, the quality is much lower.
