The bottle received blows

I requested a return 3 days ago and still have not received a return label or confirmation that I am allowed to return.

It's a pity that for containers of 750 cl there are not more bottles with patterns like tattoos. Indeed, a new range should arrive, we are a month away from Christmas, maybe it was difficult for everything to be released in advance. The solid colored bottles are not great to my taste when we have known the other designs. Otherwise, the bottle keeps hot or cold very well.

I received a notice that I would have been delivered, but I haven't received anything!!!! Can you check where the error might be? Thank you Kopp Jean-Luc

The neck is not practical

The product is attractive and quite practical to use. But it's 'made in china', which is not what we expect given the brand Les Artistes Paris.

On the service side, nothing to report. Ordered on June 3, received on June 5. On the product side, it does not live up to its promises if you want to use it for hot items. A little personal experience, lunchbox filled halfway with hot water at 62°C (very acceptable if it were a hot dish), temperature at 37°C 5 hours after filling, I wouldn't call that keeping warm. Also, some imperfections at the welds at the bottom of the lunchbox.

The products are of good quality, but I received the wrong reference, which delayed my order when I needed it as quickly as possible.

Delivery on time, but the bottle received had a cap with a mixed stainless steel/rubber ring, whereas the order was for an all-stainless steel bottle including the cap (reference photo on the site).

Hello, I ordered a bottle based on the photos on your site showing a rubber cap with spikes... I received an aluminum cap with a small clock inside...!!!

The delivery is as expensive as the product I ordered, it's outrageous

I bought a water bottle that I gifted. The bottle leaks. We sent a message to customer service and we have no response. Very disappointed!!

A bit disappointed by the quality of the products, noticeably decreased compared to before. My previous can was very resistant. This one fell once and is already dented. And for the 2 I just bought, you have to play with the spout/straw to be well aligned and able to drink (otherwise you only suck air)

I ordered 2 insulated mugs that I received well. They are very beautiful and conform to what I ordered. That said, after the first wash, the paint on one of them got damaged. The color ran and started to disappear in some places. It's really a shame especially since I haven't used it yet!

I bought the mug with the intention of being able to drink my coffee directly: maybe it is not designed for that, the fact is that I have to remove the lid if I want to drink my coffee. The part that seemed to be put in the mouth is too wide and too thick: the coffee spills out of my mouth... I still use it and love its look but not as I wished.

Excellent color quality and capacity but the only downside is the suction nipple with the integrated straw: not practical, you have to suck hard for little water with each sip and the maintenance of the straw is not great in terms of durability, I think. Otherwise, it is superb.

The container is of good quality but the design has many flaws. The quality of the decoration is not up to par. Moreover, at the time of ordering, the forced purchase of the cover is unacceptable!!!

Fast shipping and very nice design. I took two insulated bottles that keep well cool. Just on one of the bottles, the cap seems warped and it screws slightly at an angle.

Difficult to drink from the spout. The liquid doesn't flow well.

Defect on the can

Used by children... I just exchanged the cutlery before 12 months of buying the bottles.

The Dalí design of the product is perfect and super pretty, but the problem is the heat retention of the drink. For tea, water set at 100 degrees is just lukewarm 2.5 hours later. For a tea lover and the need for a good break to get back to work, it's disappointing.

I ordered a cap on 4-03, I'm still waiting to be delivered, no update message on my order.

I was not notified of the availability of my package at the Relay point and I did not receive the pickup code. I emailed to find out where my package was so I could pick it up on time. The product itself (280ml bottle) meets my expectations perfectly, I particularly appreciate the small capacity, so the small size of the bottle.

The grip caps of 2 of the 3 bottles purchased about 2 or 3 years ago are leaking. The 3rd will probably follow the same path, so I am ordering 3 other 100% stainless steel caps to continue using the bottles. I hope the new ones will last longer. Note that the bottles do not keep drinks hot for the announced 12 hours. Otherwise, they are beautiful, the narrow neck allows drinking from the bottle, and I really appreciate your environmental commitment.

The printing is not perfect

The received bottle is very pretty and my son likes it a lot, I am just disappointed with its origin. I came to the site 'Les artistes de Paris' looking for 'French bottles' and upon receipt, despite the tricolor flag on the kraft label, it is indicated in small 'made in RPC'. Really a shame when trying to be mindful of consumption. I will not order again. Too bad.

The can is very beautiful but it leaks at the cap level so disappointed

Nice bottle, effective hot and cold for a long time but the first one started leaking from the cap. Since I find them beautiful, I bought a second one which also leaks. The cap is not airtight. Too bad

I bought an insulated bottle with strawberry patterns. The shipping was relatively fast, the product seems to be of good quality but has several printing defects. An email was sent to customer service to request a refund and the return of a correct product 2 days ago... I am waiting for their response.

The finishes of the designs are not nice at all

I ordered a second bottle after being disappointed with the quality of the design on the first one. The customer service was impeccable and very pleasant in assisting with my refund. However, the second bottle received also had defects, although less visible.

Superb bottle, perfect delivery. But the bottle makes an air noise when you sip the water, unfortunate for the price of the product.

Very satisfied with the delivery and packaging of the new products. But after one day of using the bottle and the lunch box that I had placed in my bag side by side, I see that the bottle is scratched due to the friction of the metal lid of the lunch box... the paint has come off!
