I live in Guadeloupe, and I have been using Les Artistes bottles for two years. Today, while it was very hot, I forgot my bottle in my car in the sun from 10 AM to 4 PM. When I retrieved it, I couldn't hold it because it was so hot. I was pleasantly surprised to find that inside, the water remained completely fresh. It was great... Bravo.

This is the first time I order from Les Artistes Paris. Nowhere else: Bureau Vallée (where I bought a can) Ambiance Style... I couldn't find a replacement cap!!! Very disappointed: the insulated bottle seems to have already been used as it is so damaged. Moreover, the printing of the patterns looks fake and low quality. Hardly acceptable given the price... Additionally, I have tried several times to have exchanges with customer service regarding stock, and never received a response, no reactivity. I unfortunately do not recommend.
Nice purchase, sealing validated, great heat retention... just a downside on the paint, there are some whitened spots in places. A little disappointed by this aspect given the price.
We received a completely botched bottle... smudges, cut patterns, and we were explained that it was normal with your printing techniques... except that we already have Les Artistes bottles and nothing like this!!!
