I discovered this brand by chance in a store and immediately loved the design of the products. I ordered (a mug and 2 cans) and I am happy with the fast shipping and their packaging which is minimalist and respects their values and the environment. If I have to share a less positive point: one of the cans had a defect and kept leaking. The printed designs could be of better quality in some places, but overall the products are very beautiful. To end on a positive note: I note that the after-sales service is great, they react quickly and try to find the best solution for the customer. I immediately received a new part for my defective can. I can't wait to test it hoping it will solve the problem... Thank you to the team of Artists and I recommend adopting their products which are very useful in everyday life and very beautiful! Everyone asks me where my mug and can come from.

I took a thermos can. I love it, it fits very well in the bag and keeps the product fresh (haven't tried hot yet). Product received in 2 days. No unnecessary over-packaging.

Fast shipping and very nice design. I took two insulated bottles that keep well cool. Just on one of the bottles, the cap seems warped and it screws slightly at an angle.

Very easy to use site. Lots of choices. However, it's a shame that not all bottles are available in large size. The bottle is very practical and the water really stays cold for several hours even when it's very hot. Essential for hiking!

Impossible to make an exchange, transport costs to be paid 3 times by the customer: I was given a bottle, first shipping cost. I don't like the color, I want to exchange it: impossible. I have to return it: costs at the customer's expense (second). Then reorder, third shipping cost. It's ridiculous. Well, I'm just going to send your bottle back at my expense and I'll order elsewhere, well done.

I was really recommended your products. This bottle lives up to its reputation. My son (pizzaiolo) put it through the "fire" test. After 3 hours next to his oven, the water was still fresh. I absolutely do not regret my investment. Thank you.

This is my second can, they are perfectly sized to fit in a belt for carrying bottles. The heat lasts less than 5 hours when we are outside in winter but is still warm after 3 hours of outdoor sports.

I ordered a replacement cap for a 500ml bottle: it's great that we can change it. However, I am disappointed with the new 750ml bottle I bought, as I thought the "honeycomb" design was embossed. Instead, it is a print, like the others... In reality, the illusion is not great...

I bought a can for a gift, I have one for 2 years and I find it more practical than a bottle and very effective. Quick processing of orders is very appreciated.

The lunch box with the black lid is very difficult to open even after pressing the red button to let air into the box. The problem is the same with both lunch boxes purchased. Additionally, the customer service is not friendly at all and the Mother's Day promotion was misleading: it was stated that one tea infuser would be offered for every insulated container purchased, having ordered 2 lunch boxes I thought I would receive 2 infusers but that was not the case, Aurélie from customer service explained to me that it meant one infuser per household... Avoid!!
