And let's talk about the mug itself, I got wet trying to drink. After several attempts thinking I wasn't using it correctly, I finally understood that it was leaking. So it wasn't a problem on my part. I contacted customer service for a refund and I'm still waiting...

It's a shame. They deliver a horribly poorly finished product. You have to wait hours to get a return slip! And on top of that, you have to pay return fees when they deliver you a defective product. Avoid.
