The product does not meet my expectations at all. The ice bucket lunchbox is advertised to keep things warm for 12 hours, but we are far from that after only 5.5 hours. I am super happy with the thermos bottles I own (280, 500, and 750ml). They keep things cold and hot (coffee, herbal teas, soups...). But here, a big disappointment with the lunchbox that does not do its job at all

My first purchase from Les Artistes was a can-shaped bottle for my son. After borrowing it from him, I bought one for myself! The can shape is great, it really keeps things cold and it's very easy to drink from. I am a tea lover and wanted a travel mug for work; in terms of keeping warm, it's perfect, I put my hot tea in at 7:30 and I still drink it hot at 1 PM. However, I find that the flow is not great, sometimes the liquid doesn't come out, and if I tilt the mug more, it spills too quickly and overflows. Either I don't have the technique, or there's a defect, but I don't necessarily recommend the mug format. I think my next purchase will again be the can format. I will also test the lunchbox for my son who doesn't like to eat cold and for whom we always struggle when organizing a picnic or for school outings. If the heat retention is like the mug, the product will be great!

Delivered product as described. Very good quality. Nothing to complain about. Just a pity that the patterns are not available on all models.

The mugs leak from the lid... not easy to drink without spilling everywhere. I will stick to the cans... Too bad I can't interchange the lids... Now I have 4 mugs that are useless. I ordered a fluorescent pink Barbie thermos can that is beautiful! The problem is that it was leaking, but the customer service (Les Artistes) is really lovely and very efficient. They sent me another one because this one was defective. I have been using their products for years and they are really great!

Hello, I bought a mug/travel mug 350ml yesterday that claims to keep things hot for 5 hours and cold for 10 hours. I directly filled it with two boiling coffees, after 45 minutes it was lukewarm and after 1 hour, it was cold. What a disappointment for a product that cost €25.

The grip caps of 2 of the 3 bottles purchased about 2 or 3 years ago are leaking. The 3rd will probably follow the same path, so I am ordering 3 other 100% stainless steel caps to continue using the bottles. I hope the new ones will last longer. Note that the bottles do not keep drinks hot for the announced 12 hours. Otherwise, they are beautiful, the narrow neck allows drinking from the bottle, and I really appreciate your environmental commitment.

I was gifted the Bottle'UP 750ml in Indigo (Timeless) with a cap several weeks ago and I use it daily since (previously I used a 500ml insulated bottle of lesser quality). This blue-purple color is beautiful and the overall design is very nice. There is a lot of choice and apparently a renewal of colors, which is great. A crystal (or split) version in indigo would be appreciated. The reusable bottle is insulated so there is no condensation or cold/hot bottle to the touch even if the drink is. It keeps the cold well (I have never tried putting hot drinks in it as I don't drink them) and currently it does not leak and I see no rust. It is difficult to fill (especially completely if you have to hold it with one hand as it is large, heavy, without grip, but with a small neck). 75cl is the perfect capacity for me (no need for more) but once filled it is really heavy so care must be taken as if it falls it could surely get damaged and damage flooring for example. I saw pouches/bags that could improve maneuverability on the site but none seem to be compatible with the Bottle'UP 750ml. You have to unscrew the cap (then hold/place it) each time to drink (and the stainless steel is a bit noisy). But the grip cap (and its compact shape) is very practical: easy to hold and open. Being able to buy the cap alone is great if you need to replace yours (even if I hope not to have to do it and you have to be careful to take the right compatible cap). However, it is a pity that there is no choice/option for interchangeability as I would have liked other types of watertight grip caps (or compatible accessories in general) like a magnetic cap that sticks to the bottle wall and/or is attached and/or sporty and/or with a mobile handle and/or especially with an integrated boba straw (like on their cans so you don't need to tilt the bottle, which is more practical especially in the car) for my Bottle'UP 750ml. Is useless for me and during cleaning, water can get into the cap through the pressing system to turn the time (at first I thought it was a real leak but in the end, nothing serious). The part where you put your mouth to drink is covered (by the cap when screwed on) which keeps this part clean and hygienic. The cap seems resistant with its stainless steel insert and can be stable when placed on its flat side, it is watertight but it is difficult to reach all the corners and clean the silicone seal. The inside of the bottle is quite easy to clean with a bottle brush (but it is difficult to see/inspect the inside well due to its depth and small neck). The outside being smooth is super easy to wash. Pleasant to drink from (little leakage compared to bottles with different necks) but the Bottle'UP 750ml is very deep so if you want to drink comfortably with a straw, you need a very long one (at least 28cm, which bends and folds inside the bottle once the cap is tightened and unfolds when you remove the cap to drink like a cuttable silicone straw, which they unfortunately don't seem to sell). Easy to integrate ice cubes

I bought a 700ml lunch box for my hot lunch in my vehicle or on site (I am on the move every day). It is indicated 12h of keeping hot/cold, what a disappointment it was... Let me explain, I heat my dishes in the microwave (in an appropriate container of course) very hot, I put them in my lunch box around 7:30. I have lunch around 12:00, 12:30 and it is barely lukewarm.... So it barely lasts 5 hours... We are far from the announced 12 hours. Nothing to say about the quality of the product's manufacturing (I have some doubts about the lid which feels much less solid than the lunch box itself). In short, I expected more for the price... I will have to buy a car plate warmer... I give 3 for the design and the quality of manufacturing, but it deserves 2 stars for the duration of heat retention (not tested for cold).

But unfortunately that is false, the neck being a bit too narrow (and they do not put its size on their site). They should market molds (with a watertight lid, in silicone for easy demolding) for long/cylindrical ice cubes adapted to the necks and dimensions of the Bottle'UP bottles. I appreciate that its performance (Cold = 24h and Hot = 12h), the brand, the absence of BPA, and its capacity (and correspondence) are engraved (this allows not to forget them and compare products). The dimensions and weight of the bottles are indicated on the site but there are no videos or 360° views of the products on the site. I recommend and could buy the product again, however, improvements are possible (via accessories especially like cap/straw). Currently, if I had to buy a product from them, it would be a Pull Can’IT can with an integrated straw cap although they do not make it in 75cl (and it is less beautiful with its 8.6 style and keeps the cold for less time). The LUNCHBOX ICEBUCKETS are also interesting.

I ordered 2 but I have not yet received the product. It is not even an overseas product, it is a national French product, but it is too bad that delivery takes more than a week.
