Fast shipping, quality products and careful packaging
But unfortunately that is false, the neck being a bit too narrow (and they do not put its size on their site). They should market molds (with a watertight lid, in silicone for easy demolding) for long/cylindrical ice cubes adapted to the necks and dimensions of the Bottle'UP bottles. I appreciate that its performance (Cold = 24h and Hot = 12h), the brand, the absence of BPA, and its capacity (and correspondence) are engraved (this allows not to forget them and compare products). The dimensions and weight of the bottles are indicated on the site but there are no videos or 360° views of the products on the site. I recommend and could buy the product again, however, improvements are possible (via accessories especially like cap/straw). Currently, if I had to buy a product from them, it would be a Pull Can’IT can with an integrated straw cap although they do not make it in 75cl (and it is less beautiful with its 8.6 style and keeps the cold for less time). The LUNCHBOX ICEBUCKETS are also interesting.
I ordered 2 but I have not yet received the product. It is not even an overseas product, it is a national French product, but it is too bad that delivery takes more than a week.

Huge disappointment and a feeling of having been well taken for a ride when I saw in the supermarket the displayed prices for the same products (mugs at 19.99 euros) while I had ordered them directly on your site at 25 euros each, thinking I was making a committed and ethical purchase! The design of the offered products is really nice and beautiful. Quality products that encourage limiting the consumption of non-recyclable materials. A company committed beyond the products it offers: it finances associations that work for the protection of the oceans (vital funding for the 1% for the planet initiative). However, the website could be improved a bit regarding the technical characteristics of the products, which are somewhat lacking. The customer service is responsive to answer questions.

I was given one of your water bottles. I unfortunately lost it! So sad! I needed the same one or almost. Very effective for keeping drinks hot and cold, it doesn't leak, and to top it off, they are so beautiful that it was hard to make a choice!
Hello, We are disappointed with the item we purchased, it is supposed to keep food warm and it does not work at all, my child eats cold every day. I sent a message in contact to get explanations and tips if we were using it incorrectly but received no response from you. We put boiling water to heat for at least 30 minutes and at the same time we heat the very hot food to transfer it afterwards. But it doesn't work. If we could get a response that would be nice. Best regards
