The design of the offered products is really nice and beautiful. Quality products that encourage limiting the consumption of non-recyclable materials. A company committed beyond the products it offers: it finances associations that work for the protection of the oceans (vital funding for the 1% for the planet initiative). However, the website could be improved a bit regarding the technical characteristics of the products, which are somewhat lacking. The customer service is responsive to answer questions.

Since I got an ARTISTS water bottle, I take it everywhere. Especially this summer with the heat. The liquid stays nice and cool. It's perfect. I ordered some for friends for Christmas;
I was given one of your water bottles. I unfortunately lost it! So sad! I needed the same one or almost. Very effective for keeping drinks hot and cold, it doesn't leak, and to top it off, they are so beautiful that it was hard to make a choice!
Hello, We are disappointed with the item we purchased, it is supposed to keep food warm and it does not work at all, my child eats cold every day. I sent a message in contact to get explanations and tips if we were using it incorrectly but received no response from you. We put boiling water to heat for at least 30 minutes and at the same time we heat the very hot food to transfer it afterwards. But it doesn't work. If we could get a response that would be nice. Best regards

I reported a leak problem with the cap. Water bottle purchased at Intersport so not directly on their site and despite that, The Artist support service was attentive. No exchange possible, I would have had to claim it from Intersport, have them confirm the existence of the problem, etc.. so a waste of time, money (travel) for a bottle costing almost €30... The customer service offered me to buy a cap on their site (a nice + for these spare parts) without charging me for shipping. That's already something and I appreciate the gesture. My son will finally be able to reuse his bottle. It's just bad luck because their bottles remain high quality. I've never had a problem with mine. Very responsive team.

Super water bottle! I already had one in 75 cl and now I just bought a 50 cl. There are designs for all tastes and it is really effective in terms of insulation. For example, one morning I put very hot tea in it, I couldn't drink it for several hours because it remained burning!! And I had left the bottle in full sun with iced water, and well several hours later it was still cold. Awesome
Update: The bottle was replaced today. Hello, I sent an email because after 2 months the designs on the bottle have completely faded. No response. The quality is catastrophic, I am very disappointed.

The design of the bottle is poorly printed and there are even places where the ink seems to have smeared. I would like to make a complaint.
The site is well made but the color of the quantities is too weak, you can't see well, it's gray instead of black and it's a dull gray so you can't see the numbers well.
