I was worried about my order, I had no tracking for the package. No delivery time. I am from Normandy, I don't know where your warehouses are, but my water bottle was delivered to me the next day. I can tell you that I was surprised by this speed, thank you, and the bottle is just great.

Discovered these bottles by chance last year. The whole family has become a fan. The look of these bottles is nice, and they keep things perfectly cool, which is very pleasant in summer.

The quality is present, the materials are light, keeping hot and cold well. For the lunch box, I would have liked a removable compartment...? The shipping is extremely fast. Remember not to use too much cardboard. I recommend these items.

I bought a military green Rebel bottle with a silver cap less than a year ago in a Boulanger store in Paris. I own many insulated bottles like this one because I am an avid collector, I know how to take care of them, I also have many accessories for cleaning bottles. I never let water stagnate in my bottles and always let them dry properly. But this bottle has rusted after just a few uses even though I am very careful to always clean it well and let it dry. There is rust that won't come off no matter how hard I try to clean it on the bottom, the opening, and the cap. I am very disappointed especially since for the price (and the promises) one expects better. I am also disappointed with the poor quality of their customer service as no one ever responds to emails/customer service calls.

Nice bottle, effective hot and cold for a long time but the first one started leaking from the cap. Since I find them beautiful, I bought a second one which also leaks. The cap is not airtight. Too bad
