Very satisfied with the delivery and packaging of the new products. But after one day of using the bottle and the lunch box that I had placed in my bag side by side, I see that the bottle is scratched due to the friction of the metal lid of the lunch box... the paint has come off!

Great, as a thermos that acts like a can, I really like it, very practical for work or others and keeps things hot well and fast delivery.
The fragility of the cap (cracked after 1 month of use) introduces a notion of obsolescence incompatible with the eco-responsible will (so I bought 2 more, imposed consumerism). Delighted with the ecological packaging but disappointed +++ that it contains two A4 sheets of hyper-polluting stickers beyond their uselessness. So still 4/5, but a big reflection to have to evolve towards the 'green' that you display.

The water bottle is of good quality. The integrated straw is very practical and I like the design. However, I wonder if the metal pin might break the plastic part over time as I keep lifting it.

Fast order, the bottle corresponds perfectly to my expectations but it's a shame that one of the 2 straws was cracked. But it doesn't hinder its use at all.
I am a bit disappointed with the quality. Quite a few small defects in the paint and a small dent on the cup.

I received a Les Artistes bottle for the holidays 2022. I use it every day at work (I am a nurse) and I am delighted. I even convinced some colleagues to buy it for the quality. I only use it for cold water and I find it very effective at keeping it cool. However, I am a bit disappointed with the cap with a plastic interior that broke when it fell. I still remain loyal and bought a cap on the site. Regarding the delivery, I find the packaging of the parcel disproportionate to deliver a cap and a piece of charcoal. I continue to recommend this brand!
One could say that everything went wrong and at the same time very well. I did not receive the correct order nor the correct 'return slip', however the customer service was quick and efficient in resolving each problem.
Everything is perfect
You can order from them with your eyes closed. I had bought a 500ml bottle in a cultural center under their brand and it is at least 2 years old. It is sturdy, keeps the water cool as I use it for my work, no rust spots unlike when you buy a bottle without a brand. I ordered on their site a week ago to get a new one and buy a replacement cap for my first bottle after a fall at work. I recommend this brand 100%.
