The products display a nice blue, white, red label marked French and Parisian address... but when you look closer at the label, it says made in PRC (People's Republic of China)... nice scam!

Hello, Following my review, the company 'the artists' contacted me well. Once the photos were received, no further news from them, no proposal or follow-up on the problem, no information on what might have happened, really disappointed with the follow-up! If I had known, I wouldn't have even replied to their email!
One canteen does not match my order
We still have not received our order from 11/12/2022 even though we were told it has been shipped.
I received the wrong bottle in my order. The customer service is responsive but I ordered it last Monday, the return procedure is pending and I have to place a new order to get a new bottle because they do not do exchanges. I hope the procedure will speed up.
I bought a lunch box from Les Artistes because it is a French brand and it shows its commitment to a more sustainable planet. But it turns out that this product is Made in PRC, namely People's Republic of China. I expect a French brand to clearly state where it manufactures its products and that its communication is consistent with its actions by owning its choices.
There is no option to cancel an order on the site. And the complaint sent requesting cancellation has not been taken into account.

I bought 2 cans of this brand a few months ago. One cap started leaking shortly after my purchase. I sent 2 emails that went unanswered!!!! So I ordered a cap on the site. This is starting to get expensive for the mug considering it is not old!!!!!
The outside of the bottle got damaged very quickly, after 2 days, without any particular use. I immediately sent an email to customer service with a photo attached. No response, radio silence. I am really disappointed.

One of the 2 products delivered is not the model ordered. However, it was for gifts for children. I was told that humans make mistakes. No commercial gesture in return. Proposal to return the product, in exchange for the right one.. My mistake was ordering these products. I will not reorder and will not buy from 'the artists of Paris' again
