I am a bit disappointed with the quality. Quite a few small defects in the paint and a small dent on the cup.
One could say that everything went wrong and at the same time very well. I did not receive the correct order nor the correct 'return slip', however the customer service was quick and efficient in resolving each problem.
Fast delivery. I know the insulated bottle and appreciate its quality. I bought it this time as a gift. As for the charcoal stick: to be tested. However, the site advertised a tea filter as a gift with the purchase of a bottle. And it was not in the package.
Too bad Intersport Villeurbanne was not referenced on your site as a retailer, I would have saved €5.50 on shipping costs.
Very very disappointed with customer service! I wrote on June 24 because my country, Switzerland, did not exist. I received a response a month later (!) to tell me that I should use Sweden, so Sweden... uh no, I live in Switzerland, so Switzerland! And then I wait again for them to tell me to wait for them to correct it, and tonight, zero response...
Half satisfied with my purchase, it's not the first time I've ordered from the artists (4th time). One of the bottles is very good but the other has defects... For now a week and a half, I've been trying to contact customer service and it's impossible to reach them, 0 response... Customer service needs to be reviewed.

Nothing to complain about the products. But no precision on the accessories, hence a bad order and the customer service is not very responsive and even non-existent.
Very good product, great temperature retention. However, a bad note for the plastic cap which is too fragile for daily use. It does not withstand the shock in my daughter's backpack! The separately sold stainless steel cap seems to fit better.
I am very satisfied with the products but not at all with the customer service, very haughty responses and not at all listening to the customer. Moreover, we returned a product ordered due to an error on the site, we reordered directly with the correction but still no refund despite the proof of return a month ago.... They probably earn too much to care about their customers... Very disappointing as it does not make me want to recommend the brand.
The product is good and this is the 2nd can I buy. I ordered, in addition to a can, 2 caps with straws, especially to replace the damaged one from my other can. But in the received package, the 2 caps did not come with their straw. I sent a message to Les Artistes Paris, but unfortunately no response, and no possible contact! Very disappointed with this lack of customer service!
I wanted to change the size of the bottle but I have been waiting for 10 days for the validation of my return request by the team...
The thermoses are great and work very well, however the return process for packages is long before confirmation for return and you have to do a Colissimo to make the return so pay an extra..
