Very good product, great temperature retention. However, a bad note for the plastic cap which is too fragile for daily use. It does not withstand the shock in my daughter's backpack! The separately sold stainless steel cap seems to fit better.

The insulated bottle I bought (750 ml) is for my son-in-law.. He appreciates its ability to keep things hot and cold as well as its cap which allows him to open his bottle easily with wet hands. Note that the delivery was very fast (3 days).

Very good quality. The bottles keep things cool and are unbreakable, I've dropped them several times but they are fine. The lunch boxes are good but large for one person... or you need to have a big appetite. I find it serves for 2 people... Maybe you could also make some a little smaller, for one portion? Thank you for the quality.

I am very satisfied with the products but not at all with the customer service, very haughty responses and not at all listening to the customer. Moreover, we returned a product ordered due to an error on the site, we reordered directly with the correction but still no refund despite the proof of return a month ago.... They probably earn too much to care about their customers... Very disappointing as it does not make me want to recommend the brand.

Color error on the order reported by message right after with a request to modify my order, modification refused they replied that I had to cancel but in the meantime they had shipped the order!!! I was really very disappointed it was for a gift, too bad the product seems very good but the price is very high I won't be able to buy another one...... Correction of my review: I just received an email informing me that my problem has been taken into account and the sending of a bottle of the right color, so very good handling of errors thank you.

The product is good and this is the 2nd can I buy. I ordered, in addition to a can, 2 caps with straws, especially to replace the damaged one from my other can. But in the received package, the 2 caps did not come with their straw. I sent a message to Les Artistes Paris, but unfortunately no response, and no possible contact! Very disappointed with this lack of customer service!

Tighten the lid well to avoid leaks when shaking, otherwise unlike the old systems the "straw" is thicker in the mouth, you either like it or not... Overall satisfied like the old ones.

Skull head bottle / roses ordered on a Sunday and shipped on Monday. Quick reception and above all the bottle is of super quality.

Delivered on time and the bottle is clearly solid and well made but the photo of the tracksuit is not faithful to the result. It's a shame there aren't several with real situational setups because I was disappointed by the print that smudged in places. It literally seems poorly printed. I still give 4 stars because it's a good value for money.

Practical and efficient.

The bottle is beautiful and very practical! The finish is top, I have the green bottle and I really like the look. The water stays fresh all day, I also put hot chocolate in it and it stays hot for a long time. Being concerned about the ecological aspect, I also chose this bottle because it does not contain plastic.

Super product! The coffee stays hot for a long time, and nothing better to start the day!
