Really shocking, I wrote several messages via the form on their site, I have had NO reaction from them. I have an insulated bottle whose lid is no longer watertight after a few uses, I just wanted to inquire about a spare part. Zero customer service, it's pathetic.

Meets what I ordered
This is the 4th water bottle I buy from Les Artistes. They are the only ones that keep drinks cold as well as hot for so long.
I love the shape and compact size of this bottle which makes it easy to carry everywhere, the color is great, the insulating layer keeps my tea warm throughout the day. Super product!
