I first received straps with a defect (one strap longer than the other), they were replaced of course but not being able to print the return form, it was not refunded and a commercial gesture was not offered to me. nevertheless these straps are very beautiful and my husband loves them...

Perfect the straps are very nice and they seem to be of good quality. i was expecting a slightly nicer box (round transparent plastic box), but that's not the most important thing.
