Very satisfied, very beautiful result, quality products. Fast delivery. The only downside of ordering online with a photo is the color. I chose rosé champagne, darker than in the picture.

I received the hearts but I couldn't wear them on New Year's Day because one ring wouldn't close. I was told by email that I would receive it by tracked letter, It's been more than a week and I haven't received anything!!!

I am very disappointed: I was just about to contact your customer service because I ordered 1 pair for my daughter at Christmas and one of the 2 loops is not provided with sequins like the other. It leaves empty spaces as if something is missing and mismatches with the other loop. I could send you a photo if you wish.
