I'm very pleased with the quality of the product, but I'd bought exactly the same can of syrup at your house during the 2019 Christmas market in Clermont Ferrand. I had some left over and the comparison between the 2 surprised us by the difference in taste. In a word, it was better before ...... Too bad!

Hello, My order arrived several days after the date I was supposed to, knowing that it was for a gift. This one has not been delivered. However I had taken an option especially for that. I am therefore particularly disappointed by the delivery time not respected despite higher costs.

The products were excellent, the order was well packaged and shipped very quickly with a small gift inside. The only downside is that the carrier did not deliver to the right place, although he had sent me a text message and an email saying that the package was delivered. I had sent a text message and an email saying that the parcel had been delivered, but in reality it had been given to another delivery company who had delivered it to another parcel relay. When I arrived at the second delivery point, it said that it did not have a parcel in my name... We spent some time with the receptionist checking each parcel; we realized that mine had a wrong identification code which was "anonymous". Hopefully the next delivery will be without any surprises. After the effort, the comfort: place to the greediness!

The protective packaging of the bottles is IMPECCABLE. On the other hand, the biscuit box ! IMPECCABLE to make CRAMBLE or SUGAR COOKING... No protection and put on top.. Too bad.

Very happy to have found a real poutine sauce in France. As a Quebecer I was looking for it for a long time and at a good price. But I hated the delivery because I paid almost 10€ so that my order could arrive the next day before 1pm and it came 3 days later

Delivery on time but no communication even though I had a problem with the package

Efficient customer service, fast delivery. Products conform to the arrival. The whisky is too dominated by the taste of maple syrup for our taste (it's subjective). It would be necessary to do the opposite with the rum, which would perhaps be better supported by maple syrup in its composition. After that, it's maybe because we are French and that it corresponds better to our consumption habits of whisky (rather dry) and rum (with cane syrup). But otherwise nothing to say about the site itself, everything was perfect.

We are satisfied with the shipment but have not yet had the opportunity to taste the strip!
