The ordering process and delivery were carried out quickly. Unfortunately, there were errors with the order quantity. For example, only 1 poutine sauce mix was delivered instead of 10 as ordered. Very dissatisfied, not with the merchandise, which I don't have, but with the UPS carrier. UPS asked me to choose the delivery site, I went to the store it was closed the opening hours had changed it was from 6 pm to 1 am, the next day I returned no package. Then a message from UPS saying that the package was on another site. If we selected a site, it's because it was the right one for us. If the carrier, for his own convenience, delivers the package elsewhere, I won't pick it up. If UPS isn't capable of delivering to the right site, they should change jobs or indicate a single site and we'll take it or not.

Excellent site, lots of products to discover, fast delivery. On the other hand, one star less for one of the choices of the carrier, UPS, which postponed delivery several days in a row and finally did not deliver where I had requested. And poor reception by the relay, who wouldn't give me the parcel until the next day. There are other carriers, but they are more expensive, and I would never use UPS again.
