*****I'm very satisfied with the product and the sales site; however, the carrier (UPS) didn't let me know when the parcel had arrived at the collection point and it could have been sent back without me even knowing. It was only by chance, a week later, that I realized that the parcel was waiting for me.

Les Trésors d'Érable is not to blame; it's the GLS carrier that seriously damaged the manhole of my lift pump, which is in my garden. I've already reported this, but so far there's been no response.
