Pure happiness, I won't need to ask my daughter who is in Montreal for certain products anymore. She used to take care of products so that we would all be satisfied. Our luggage will be lighter now. lolll Oh yes, the ChicChoc spiced rum is really great, a bit expensive, but super good. Thank you for the 2 chocolate cookies, so good. Order placed on 03/04, on 07/04 the delivery person informs me that the package is damaged: return to the sender, or "mis-sorted, which may cause a delay". On 08/04 I send you a message on your site to find out if you have been alerted... No response! On 12/04 I follow up, today is 14... still no response!!! Yet you announce "Customer service 7/7 + quick response to your requests". Today I still do not have my order, I have been waiting for 15 days. I can wait, I can understand that there is a delivery problem. What makes me angry is the lack of consideration for your customers. I will never order from you again!!!
