After calling the after-sales service, I was reimbursed for the missing item.

Fast shipping but one paid item was missing. Contacted several times by email to resolve the issue but never received a response.

big problems with the delivery of the parcel by UPS, the place of delivery had changed, but I was not warned, very bad UPS customer service, it took 5 calls before someone told me where my parcel was. I also contacted erable customer service to ask for help, I got no answer.

Instead of a package with 10x Poutine Mélange, I`ve got only 1 piece. I wrote to you immedeately, but got no response.

Super happy with our order aside from one of the maple syrups leaking. Otherwise, super glad I’m able to get a taste of home while living abroad

●When I ordered the maple syrup and maple syrup cream cookies, what I really liked was the shape of the cakes. There are pages and pages of "blabla" and it's right at the end, I didn't realize it when ordering, that in the composition it says it's made with palm oil! So I will NEVER recommend it and I think you should have put the composition of this cookie at the beginning of your "blabla" . ●I was quickly delivered for the cookies, the Poutine sauce and and the buffalo pate . ● For the Poutine cheese I thought it would never arrive! On Saturday morning from 8am to 1pm I waited for nothing, on Monday morning 8am-1pm nothing, and on Tuesday morning between 9.45am and 10.45am I was FINALLY delivered by Chronofresh , by a charming young man . I hope you will complain to Chronofresh. I find that unacceptable, I had no phone call, no apology! Now that I know it's fresh cheddar , hard to find in France , I'll take grated cheddar , maybe it'll do the same , I'll see . ● I haven't tried the sauce and cheese yet, apparently it's very good. As I've asked for a lot I'm not going to recommend it just yet. ● the note is because of the palm oil and the deplorable delivery of frozen foods, but even with Chronopost I sometimes had problems.

Order delivered quickly. One product was out of stock (not when I ordered). I would have preferred a later delivery rather than a refund. I'll have to recommend it with shipping costs...

Perfect service!

A missing item (a bottle, we're not talking about something discreet...!) and an after-sales service that still hasn't replied after two weeks. Unacceptable.

Half of my order did not arrive and do not get any response to my request to still get them. Paid for 2 sets but received 1set

The delivery came quickly but only partially, one maple syrup was missing. There was no explanation. I received no reply to my inquiry. That's not acceptable, I paid in advance.

Order received promptly, well packaged, one small drawback: fortunately the least expensive item was missing.

apart from the pallet incident on one product, we are satisfied with the products we received.

I ordered 2 packs of 5 cans of maple syrup. I only received one pack at first. I had to ask twice to receive the second pack. The delivery for the first pack did not take place on the day announced, I was informed in the middle of the day after having been monopolized at the apartment all morning. In conclusion, a lot of trouble for a very simple order and, incidentally, no apology from trésors d'Érable.

Excellent site, lots of products to discover, fast delivery. On the other hand, one star less for one of the choices of the carrier, UPS, which postponed delivery several days in a row and finally did not deliver where I had requested. And poor reception by the relay, who wouldn't give me the parcel until the next day. There are other carriers, but they are more expensive, and I would never use UPS again.

Hello, as mentioned in the two emails sent to this company for which I am waiting for a reply, the parcel was not complete.

This is the first time I've been completely dissatisfied. The contents of the package were covered in flour (one of the three packages was open at the top. All the items were therefore sprinkled with flour. I don't understand why the packaging is so poorly designed.

Good products; however, the maple cookies were broken on arrival.

Good price but a little long to send the package .... One week. And packaged in such a way as not to break the bottles but two packages of maple cookie well damaged.... Too bad.

Late shipping. Items put in my box without care (1 item damaged and others rather limited). Items within the best-before date (BBD)... and a customer service department supposedly available 7/7 and providing a rapid response... which in fact doesn't reply to messages left on orders! In short! First order not very engaging to renew my confidence ...

On a negative note, I received a packet of chocolate cookies that had melted, mixed with the caramel and stuck to the cookies. On the other hand, the maple cream is a killer...

Fast delivery , good products

When I placed my order I had a code for a 10 euro discount. The code didn't work. My daughter tried the next day but the code still didn't work. So I ordered without the 10 euro discount.

Package received in good condition, clear assembly instructions and easy-to-assemble components. One small problem: during assembly, I noticed that the armchairs were made of plastic rather than wood. This was not clear when I placed my order.

Great! My order arrived incomplete, out of stock. The overpayment was returned to me just as quickly. See you soon for another order.

1 star deduction - I already mentioned it with my order, but you left it unanswered: 5 € processing fee for a work that you want to do is inappropriate for an order amount of 100.- € ( 5 % ! ) - everything else very good - thank you

I'm very happy with my purchase, even if it seems to me that delivery was free for purchases > 50€.

I'm still waiting for my order placed on July 3rd, today is the 20th. My parcel got lost and came back to sender. It should have left on July 16th but I've had no news apart from a final message sent on the 19th. I think it's mainly the UPS driver's fault, but I still haven't heard anything.

Very bad communication with the seller. Following a damaged parcel, several emails to inform the seller and no reply. I had to block payment to get a single return email offering me a choice of returning the parcel or taking photos to return only the damaged products. After my reply, no confirmation email or information, or explanations, or even apologies. No information on parcel dispatch, tracking number etc. .... In short, we didn't know if the parcel had left or not and when it was due to be delivered. No voucher, no commercial gesture for the inconvenience. In short, we pay and that's all we're good for, so we don't talk about it! The politeness either no response to emails . thank you .
