The poor tracking of the carrier prevented me from placing an order for Christmas to avoid a delay in delivery and not having my order in time. I reported it by email to Trésors d'Erable without any answer. The relay point broke its contract, resulting in a change of relay point and a delay in delivery - I only found out about this when I went to the news centre.

Very fast delivery. Everything was fine except for a metal can of maple syrup that was stuck. I decanted the contents into another container. It was not a gift, fortunately. I love the products on this site.

The box of cakes was a bit damaged and the label that closed the lid was not maintained (and does not stick by the way, I put tape ^^)... For a gift, it's a bit average but it's not serious... The rest was well packaged and the delivery was fast. For the products themselves, I can't say anything! Thanks for the little gift with my products!

Everything was fine, except for the delivery because the Point Relais no longer exists and your carrier had dropped it off there anyway. Fortunately, the relay point gave it to me anyway, even though it had long since indicated that it was no longer a relay point.
