Poor packaging in the parcel. Cookies completely smashed

I am in two minds about my experience with Trésors d'érable. The web site shows only one kind of syrup, the product from Quebec in the traditional Quebec tins. I thought this was what I was ordering and would be getting. However, the tins I received say "Made in Canada" but do not look like the ones which are shown on the web site (i.e. the traditional Quebec maple syrup tins) and I do not recognize the packaging at all - and I am Canadian, and a Quebecker to boot. When I asked for the unfamiliar tins to be replaced by the ones shown on the web site, I was told that I received what I ordered, i.e. Made in Canada syrup, just the packaging was different. If that is the case, I wonder why this maple syrup in this packaging is not featured at all on their web site. It certainly leads to misunderstandings and disappointment.

Order received promptly, well packaged, one small drawback: fortunately the least expensive item was missing.

apart from the pallet incident on one product, we are satisfied with the products we received.

I am a little disappointed not with the quality of the products but with the fact that a batch of 5 packets of cookies was missing, which I received on request but without a word of apology! I think that if I hadn't asked for it, it would have been forgotten! Too bad

the syrup is very good, but of the 6 jugs we received, one was badly closed and the syrup leaked everywhere. The jugs were full of granulated sugar and had to be washed. First time I've used jugs... I usually use iron tins.....

Parcel arrived but with one product missing.

Excellent site, lots of products to discover, fast delivery. On the other hand, one star less for one of the choices of the carrier, UPS, which postponed delivery several days in a row and finally did not deliver where I had requested. And poor reception by the relay, who wouldn't give me the parcel until the next day. There are other carriers, but they are more expensive, and I would never use UPS again.

Good products; however, the maple cookies were broken on arrival.

Good price but a little long to send the package .... One week. And packaged in such a way as not to break the bottles but two packages of maple cookie well damaged.... Too bad.

Order arrived very quickly... bison pâté made in Haute Saône, France...sold for typical Canadian product.... disappointed by this product...

On a negative note, I received a packet of chocolate cookies that had melted, mixed with the caramel and stuck to the cookies. On the other hand, the maple cream is a killer...

Fast delivery , good products

The products are perfect, identical to what can be found in Canada. However, customer service is not up to scratch.

Package received in good condition, clear assembly instructions and easy-to-assemble components. One small problem: during assembly, I noticed that the armchairs were made of plastic rather than wood. This was not clear when I placed my order.

Great! My order arrived incomplete, out of stock. The overpayment was returned to me just as quickly. See you soon for another order.

1 star deduction - I already mentioned it with my order, but you left it unanswered: 5 € processing fee for a work that you want to do is inappropriate for an order amount of 100.- € ( 5 % ! ) - everything else very good - thank you

I'm very happy with my purchase, even if it seems to me that delivery was free for purchases > 50€.

Good products

The cardboard briks with mapl water mapl3 were flattened under the weight of mapl syroup bottle of 1 liter and mapl spread. Please take this into consideration please.

I had a problem with my delivery, my parcel was empty (fault of the deliveryman or my residence). So I can't assess the quality of the product. However, Céline was very understanding and refunded my order after several reminders. Thank you for that, Céline! A service that does its best to satisfy its customers.

Very nice chair but the finish leaves something to be desired, which is a shame... I have photos but I can't put them up.

Great service, great products, arrived quickly! Only issue was some of the packaging was damaged since the box was too big.

I haven't tasted everything, but the infusions are already very good, as is the sugar.

concerning my order, everything went very well. I put 4 stars and not 5 concerning the delivery part. I paid for delivery with DHL, I chose a collection point and this was not respected even though it was open and accessible. What's more, the deliveryman failed to tell me in which relay point he had finally delivered my parcel... I only got the notification "DELIVER" at the relay point I had chosen by e-mail, and not the new address... after calling DHL I was told they would keep me informed, I'm still waiting today. I was the one who went to the nearest relay points to see if they had my parcel, fortunately with good results.

Everything went very smoothly and was very well packaged.
