Its very porous structure initially contains air, and it takes a little time for the pores to soak up water. This phase can sometimes take up to a small week. During this time, the stick may rise to the surface and move in the carafe when pouring water. Once well soaked, it becomes denser and generally stays at the bottom. Too few choices regarding delivery. I had chosen a post office open on Saturday morning, the other times were not compatible with my work schedule. You are not responsible, but I went to the post office on Saturday 8/11 and it was closed. I couldn't pick up my package.

I paid the delivery fees in chronopost 18.70 € and the delivery was "converted" to colissimo, order placed on January 2nd and my daughter received her gift on the 10th. When I asked for a refund for the delivery, no one bothered to respond to me. I will never come back to you again.

It is good to inform the customer of all the fees that accompany their order. Although I took advantage of the sales on your site, I had to pay too many shipping fees (an additional 14 euros tax on the value of the 18 euro Colissimo). The delivery fees therefore cost me more than the item itself (25.03 euros)! P.S.: I also live in overseas in a French department! Very happy with the delivery which was quick. Regarding the product, I am torn: indeed, the beads prevent limescale from settling in the kettle. As a result, we see all the residues floating in the water and we drink them. It would be necessary to systematically pass the water through a coffee filter.

Hello Caroline, Indeed, the ceramic beads allow the limescale crystals to dissociate and transform into nanocrystals, which lose their incrusting power on the kettle's resistors and are perfectly assimilable by the body. The residue from this dissociation sometimes forms a very light white powder, which is nothing abnormal, but can give the water a "cloudy" appearance. 9.6 liters x2 is enough for a small apartment... Well filled and well packed it's quite heavy so if you're hesitating with the 15L you are warned ^^ - I would add however that I would have liked the top lid to be airtight it is not... also it is not "clip-on" it is just "placed" it is a problem if you live with curious animals, or for transport (personally I put tape on 4 edges to keep it closed). I say this because I doubt that the rubberized packer that acts as a "seal" will last over time, and that eventually it will be defective in its sealing function.
