Seeing all the products, one might think they are different, but they are not. Clear information on the number of beads per need would be more honest.

Hello, thank you for your 4 stars and for this constructive feedback, which allows us to progress with a concern for constant improvement! We do have a summary guide on our site for all the uses of ceramic beads and the necessary quantities for each: https://www.lesvertsmoutons.com/le-guide-dutilisation/ But we take note that it may not be sufficiently accessible.

Hello, we take good note of your message and thank you for taking the time to address this remark to us. According to your order, this concerns our range of organic cosmetics with effective microorganisms. It is true that the natural ingredients and the certified manufacturing of these products lead to higher costs than for regular commercial cosmetics. We hope that our products will give you complete satisfaction.

Ease of use, but I will not be sure of the effectiveness, especially on my household appliances as the water is particularly hard, until some time has passed.

I appreciate it a lot. Since I started using it (everywhere my family would say;-) I no longer have stains in the carafes, kettles... the water is rusty at our place, it left reddish marks. A small downside for the cushion to put in the washing machine: it tears quite quickly, I have already bought a certain number... I reuse the beads for other uses (based for example).

Package put in another mailbox! That is to say in the box below mine! Fortunately, overflowing mail, I was able to grab the package! But after 3 days that I had this idea! After putting up a notice locally, etc... it is very unpleasant!

We take good note of your comment and thank you for it. Indeed, as you point out, we have faced an extremely significant increase in postal rates in recent months, which we regret. We have chosen to only partially pass these on to our own shipping costs (4.90€ for a drop-off at a relay point, for example). Please also note that shipping costs are free for orders over 45 euros. We hope that your order will give you complete satisfaction and wish you a nice day.

Order processed very quickly and fast delivery. Email tracking of the delivery was very satisfactory. However, I am not convinced by the product; I find that the water has an unpleasant taste and I do not notice any improvement in the preservation of fruits and vegetables. Thank you
