Hello, the number of ceramic beads per liter is not an exact science and depends on the initial quality of the water. It takes about 15 beads for 0.75 to 1 liter of water, and we do not wish to push consumption (this is sufficient in 95% of cases). But when the water is very chlorinated or hard, more should be used, up to 30 beads to achieve a truly neutral taste.

Being located in Switzerland, I had to pay VAT twice (once French VAT, once Swiss). To correct this, I wrote several times to customer service, which NEVER replied to me. It was on 31.12.20 and 11.04.21 at the address [email protected] Now, I have received the refund (18.06.21), thank you! And I have both emails mentioned (check your spam)
