I am generally very hard to convince. It took me several months to decide to order the ceramic beads. And I am absolutely won over! The water now has a neutral taste whether in my carafe or in my kettle. I can imagine their benefits in the dishwasher. I recommend them with my eyes closed. I will actually give some to my loved ones.

This is not what I ordered and there is no specific place for after-sales service. How can I fix this?

I can't say anything because it takes 1 month to see the effect, so it's too early now.
