The store consistently delivers on product quality, with many mentions of items being beautiful, sturdy, and well finished, including plate sets, picnic baskets, and trays that match photos and descriptions. Delivery is a clear strength, with rapid shipping, on-time arrivals, well-packaged items, and quick replacements when needed. Customer service is portrayed as reliable and responsive, with helpful interactions, fast service, and satisfaction across orders, gifts, and wedding presents. Overall, the experience is characterized by reliable, attractive products and efficient, attentive service.
The basket is of good quality. It is very beautiful with nice finishes. I hope it will last. In any case, it is what we wanted, we are delighted. Thank you for this beautiful quality, it is the only place where we found this quality. The only downside is the delivery, the information was not precise enough and as a result, we had to stay at home.

The product selection was easy, as the website is clear and well-structured. The ordering process was very uncomplicated and transparent, as was the communication. After just two days, I received the product (picnic basket). 5 stars for that.

Customer service is very poor. I have repeatedly complained about a plate with pictures via email, but unfortunately never received a response. The address [email protected] to which the complaint should be sent is unfortunately undeliverable. I then tried to send it to [email protected], but this email was also undeliverable and came back. Very unfortunate!!!

As a UK customer I would not order from this website again. The order was poorly packaged and the wicker damaged in the corner of the basket.

Delivered on time and in perfect condition. They delivered it in the afternoon, which is unusual but my only possibility to receive it.

Great! The only real downside is that you can't pay automatically. You have to transfer money to an account number. Not everyone can do that.

The plastic thread is quite visible upon closer inspection. Medium quality but acceptable. The site is easy to navigate. For 4 people, maybe pack an extra cooler with food if it’s more than olives, cheese, and fruit. For 2 people, super! Water/wine bottle and baguette fit perfectly in the basket. Otherwise pretty, looks good next to the old timers (red checkered for 4 people + 3 bottle holders) Looks great in photos :)

Beautiful tray, the designs of the patterns are very successful, identical to the photos on the site. Bright colors, impeccable refreshing. Perfect shipping and packaging, the package was made with great care. Only small issue, one plate has gray stains in the white color of the center. I won't return it, too complicated for one plate. So I give it a 4.7.

The basket is magnificent, of very good quality. Nothing to say about the product and all the accessories.
Simply, it would be better to be able to choose the relay point before payment, at the same time as the choice of shipping method.
I chose Mondial Relay, I paid, then at the time of choosing I saw that there was no Mondial Relay available around me. If I had known, I would have chosen home delivery, but I couldn't change.

The site, the ordering method, the delivery, and the after-sales service are very good... Too bad I had to use customer service for a question about a poorly sized plate for the product (Fontainebleau basket): the original plates being too large, new plates were sent to me (too small but at least they fit in the straps)

Irreproachable product quality, but unfortunately I do not like the bamboo imitation borders that are not well visible in the photos. I searched for so long for melamine plates, very practical for everyday use. The family no longer wants to see them because they are too 'kitsch'. Very unfortunate, if a simpler collection were to come out I would be a buyer again. Best regards.
