I had a pleasant time during this training, where the discussions with the trainers and the other participants were very constructive. I recommend it to anyone who needs to obtain an operating license, as well as anyone looking for an update on the regulations governing the management of an establishment (restaurant, bar, hotel, outdoor café, etc.).

Everywhere, they put Mr.'s name, but all the documents were made out in Mrs.'s name. Why fill out a questionnaire? Everything was sorted out after three calls.

Efficient, 100% online, which saves me time (attending in person was impossible). Responsive (you can't always know everything; in that case, the trainer does some research during the break. No question goes unanswered). Professional yet friendly, competitive prices. I highly recommend them. If I ever need to take the HACCP course, I'll come back here.

The teachers are very competent in their field. I’m not giving it 5 stars because it would be good to have access to the course materials to study outside of class during the training. Also, it was quite stressful trying to retrieve the permit that had ended up in the spam folder. That’s all.
