Despite a three-day training course via video conference in a small group, everything went very well. The instructors were professional and very interesting. I would be happy to take another course under the same conditions.

The content and pace were perfectly suited to the training objectives. The trainer had a thorough command of the subject and the hospitality sector. The time allocated for discussions and answers to questions about practical cases and participants’ questions was well judged. 100% satisfied!

The training is indeed very intensive. Unfortunately, we cannot shorten it, as its duration is set by the Public Health Code.

The training meets its ultimate goal, even though I can't help thinking that some of the topics covered will probably never apply to me.
This is in no way a reflection on the trainer, who is available even after the training for any questions.

I therefore remain very positive about:

The trainer.
The venue.
The availability.
The follow-up.
