Hello, I am very satisfied with the product and the speed of the store's services BUT I am disappointed with the delivery, this is the second time I request home delivery and the delivery person leaves my package at a pickup point, I cannot move so I have to find someone available during the opening hours of the pickup store to collect my package. I hope my next order will be delivered to my home.

I am satisfied with the received wools but not with the delivery. I paid for home delivery and I had to go to a pickup point because the carrier did not come to my home even though I am always present. I am an elderly person and I did not appreciate it.
