Hello, I find the shipping costs really too expensive especially when we realize that we are missing wool and that we have to reorder, I think this system is to encourage ordering more, not normal this is what I wanted to say. Best regards

Hello, Thank you for your orders. Unfortunately, the price of delivery is negotiated to the maximum, it is not high for this type of delivery. One solution would be to increase the price of items and reduce the delivery (how other businesses do), but this is not favorable to customers, you will end up paying more. It should be noted that the price of delivery is never free, it is transparent, as in our case, or added to the price of items (you pay it without realizing it). Best regards.
