So the wool is not cheap. Not all of them are of good quality. But some are gems and not too expensive. The customer service needs improvement. I had placed an order to receive it the next day, I paid high shipping fees specifically for this service. I received my order 5 days later and they never wanted to refund my shipping fees for express delivery. 19.90 euros I believe. So since then I don't order as much as before, I go elsewhere, and if I really need a specific wool, I order from Lidia otherwise it's over for me. Too bad.

Hello, Among the few orders I have placed, I have never been disappointed with the quality of the products. However, on this last order, I must admit I was quite disappointed: a whole ball of TRAPIXL was much thinner than the other three, to the point that I could not use it as I wanted, as it would have made my work completely irregular. On this same ball, the thickness varied greatly, with very thin parts and others extremely thick, which further accentuated the problem of regularity.
