Hello, I have been ordering from Lidia for some time because her wools are of good quality but the delivery needs to be reviewed, especially the shipping costs. When I pay for a delivery in 2/3 days, it is never respected since it is UPS. Before with DPD everything went well. If I order again (for now I don't really want to pay to have my delivery late) and the delivery is not respected, I will ask for a refund hoping that customer service changes its behavior because it is really bad.

I just find it a bit unfortunate that the shipping costs are so high to receive it in three days and I have already had the joke with three different wools that at any moment there are pieces that have been added so it makes knots.
