I only give 3 stars because every time I order there are problems with the delivery: once the delivery person supposedly rang the bell and I didn't answer even though I was at home, and now I avoid home delivery by selecting a relay point thinking it would be better, and they deliver to the opposite. Hello, I placed an order on the site, chose a fast delivery with UPS which is quite expensive and especially with home delivery so that UPS changes the delivery and chooses to put the package in a relay point. This has already happened twice, I find it unacceptable, so I didn't go to pick up my package and I'm waiting for the refund. It's over, I won't order from Lidia again.

Very good quality of yarn, fast shipping. The only downside is 14 days for a possible return (you have to knit quickly) and if you make a mistake on the number of skeins, the return fee is €6.60. I am very satisfied with the wool which is beautiful but very disappointed with the carrier. I request and pay for home delivery. The carrier doesn't even bother to come in front of the house but sends me a message stating that he couldn't drop off my package at my home and that he will drop it off at a relay point located in the neighboring city. Not only was I at home waiting but I had to take my car to go pick up my package.
