I didn't think that the Lidia Crochet Tricot site was purely capitalist, it's really not a way to treat your customers especially since the delay was confirmed by UPS, it was not delayed due to the end of year holidays, you are not human at all you have no empathy for people, even though I order from you all the time, I never buy my yarns elsewhere! You could have certainly made a small commercial gesture because you completely disoriented my life, I remind you that I am an autistic person and that you have no right to lie to me by shifting the blame left and right!! Pfff you are frankly disgusting, but don't worry I will go in your direction I hope for you a great sustainability in your business!!

I allow myself to get back to you, as I was disappointed with the after-sales service. I placed an order thinking I would receive a scratch card as expected. I sent an email to the relevant service, and they explained to me that there were no more scratch cards. So I could use a scratch card that I might have kept without having benefited from it. As I explained to them, when I have a scratch card and I have a discount code, I will definitely use it. So, I am very disappointed, because it was not specified that it was the first orders that would receive a card and the following orders, to put it simply, would get nothing more. I don't find that very commercial. Otherwise, regarding the shop, nothing to say. A lot of choice of yarn, fast delivery, and interesting prices. As for the after-sales service, I feel that they do not feel concerned. I received responses from them that were completely incomprehensible... this, as far as I am concerned, makes me less inclined to order even though I really appreciate this site. Questions about delivery delays and yarn restocking are not taken into account or receive very vague responses as if after selling your products you don't care what happens next.

Very satisfied with the yarns. Just missing the reference for those who knit the quantity of balls needed to make a simple Jersey sweater. This gives a reference for orders.

I found the explanations unclear regarding the desired delivery date. Ultimately, when I wanted to choose the date of 24/12, it was the date of 22/12 that was retained by your software. I am disappointed because there is no way to correct the data. On the order summary, the email address of the recipient of my gift card appears as the sender, which is curious. I am satisfied with my Christmas gift from my husband, I really like being able to receive the material that corresponds to the video (which are very well made) we are sure to succeed in our work, I recommend this site with my eyes closed, my only regret is that there is more choice of wool and fine cotton (1.25 to 1.50) and it would be perfect.
