The wool is quite decent and cheaper than on other sites. Lidi makes very good videos. But the complaints service is useless. I am claiming a refund for my shipping costs that I paid almost 19 euros for express delivery to receive my package in 1 day, I received it in 5 days. So, well, I am in a position to request a refund for my shipping costs but nothing. I ordered 4 colors of Maya wool: 02, 04, 05, and 13. I notice that the thread of the black skeins is thicker than the other 3 colors ordered. I just made a sample to be sure and the stitches in black with the same hook are larger. I am disappointed. My work will be less regular

Quality wool at a reasonable price. Just a small issue with the delivery. UPS had scheduled the delivery for Wednesday 11/02, I wasn't there that day, and on other days I wasn't available. No pickup point so I had to postpone the delivery for a week.
