You contacted us with a lot of bad faith since you did not receive the PDF tutorial for the last blanket, while we clearly indicated by all means (Newsletter, social media posts, etc.) that this tutorial is not offered for gift card orders and tutorials. During the last campaign, you ordered the same, a tutorial at 2.9 € to get the first tutorial for free. No problem, there, the first blanket was offered, but not this one. Obtaining a tutorial that will be sold for 9.99 €, with an order of 2.9 €, is not possible every time. Best regards.
