Why one star? One star for the very inappropriate attitude of customer service. I was treated very poorly. Like never in another company. I was even shocked... Out of the 7 cord skeins, I sacrificed 2, because right from the start of crocheting the skein was twisting and it wasn't pretty. I had to cut it in several places and untwist it. So a lot of patching. Not PRETTY
