Hello, I find that when we place orders of 100 euros, receiving a gift card of 3% is mocking people. That's 3 euros for 100 euros of purchase. That's my opinion, I am very disappointed.

Good choice, good prices, excellent showcase with YouTube tutorials. One thing bothers me, which takes away a star, is the transport Spain France which is done by reliable carriers but which blocks my half-day at best. An agreement with Colissimo would make me buy much more.

Unfortunately, your review is not related to our shop but you are giving a review related to a request for crochet/knitting technical advice. Lidia does respond, but it should be noted that if half of her subscribers send a message per year (which is very few apparently), that makes 250,000 messages per year, so about 684 messages per day to respond to. Would you be able to respond to this quantity of messages?

I love the concept of tutorial videos and being able to buy the yarns that correspond directly. A bit more novelty in terms of skeins would be nice. It's a shame that the package goes through DPD, as there are often issues with them, and if no one is home, there is no possibility to pick up the package, whereas at the post office, if no one is there, you can go directly to pick up the package at the post point.
