Very fast reception in Belgium. The prices of the items and shipping costs remain reasonable. Well packaged and well protected in bubble wrap. Nevertheless, the wooden beads of the strap have some small shocks and the plastic part (the tube) has a deformation/a bad fold. This explains the small downside for the rating. Overall, quite satisfied nonetheless.

The corporate image conveyed by Lidia is frankly hard to beat! However, in terms of customer contact, there is room for improvement; it lacks a bit of warmth and kindness that we expect because we feel like we know Lidia personally, so her team should be an extension of her energy it seems to me. That said, I love the shop, the products and even more the tutorials :)

Rafaelo product of poor quality, the thread breaks as soon as you tighten the sliding knot... after 10 tries I give up, even pulling gently it breaks... very disappointed with this thread because given the price I expected quality... but in the end I am left with 2 spools that will be useless, this is the second time I order products and I am not satisfied..

Hello, I ordered a spool of icorde 09 and I had marked by bank transfer because I couldn't use my cards, I wanted to cancel but it was impossible so I reordered with a new card that belonged to someone else, it told us it was ok but nothing happened and I explained it by email but the response was we will send you your order when you have made your transfer, I do not want to make a transfer because it is impossible for me to move, what can I do?

Hello, You placed an order by bank transfer but you did not make the transfer. You need to place an order by credit card in this case. (or payment by Paypal). In this case, you gave us 1 star on the review while from our side there was no error/fault/etc.

The processing and delivery of the order are quick. The inside of the package could be a bit more careful, some balls are loose in the bag, it's not great.. A slight packaging around each reference would be better. I ordered two yarns that I don't know yet, so no opinion for now.

The cottons match the description. Very well packaged. I haven't started the projects yet, but they are pleasant to the touch. I had to redo my order because I didn't see the difference between payment by bank transfer and payment by credit card. Order tracking and delivery are really efficient. Delivery notification by email, with a respected time slot. It is nice to know that the package can be dropped off at a pickup point or another depot in case of absence (an emergency can happen to anyone). Thank you for this excellent customer relationship.
