Good evening, first of all, I would like to let you know that regarding the quality of your products, I am satisfied and I love the tutorials. However, I am very unhappy regarding the delivery. I sent you an email about this. I pay delivery fees of 5.90 euros to be delivered at home because I cannot move. However, my last three orders have ended up at a relay point by default. So I have to ask someone to go pick it up. I will end up not ordering anymore, which I would really regret. The delivery person is UPS, who are also unreachable. If you could solve this problem, it would be wonderful because I love crocheting. Thank you for reading my message.
