The color does not match what I expected and there was no possibility to specify it when ordering

I asked to change the delivery date by UPS and it was not done.

My package was delivered to 6 chemin du lavoir while I live at 4 as specified on my order, I paid everything by credit card. My package was delivered on February 3, 2024, to this day nothing has been done either to refund me or to send my order, I am not responsible for all this. I plan to file a complaint.

I have nothing to say about the quality of the wool, I recommended it because of a positive experience with the same in different colors. However, UPS is terrible. I had to wait a week to pick up my package 7km from my home.

Request for home delivery and every time my order is placed in a relay point when I don't have a license it's not simple they tell me I couldn't drop off your package at home when I'm always at home

Delivery time at the relay point a bit long, return costs too high, absence of samples. Tutorials well presented, original, available yarns, very responsive customer service.

I ordered Namaste violet wool but received reference 03 brown instead of 04 violet, very disappointed

I still do not have my package which seems to have been returned to Spain.

If only you could create samples of your yarns... The colors online do not match reality. And when you want to match 2 different yarns (Queen and Elizabeth for example), it becomes a real headache. So I ordered several colors of each... I will make my choice and return, at my expense, those that I will not keep! But I always have a soft spot for some of the items you offer! ??

I don't see how to order, I want to give my opinion on my last order placed on the 13th since I still haven't received it. And it has been several months now that the delivery service is not doing its job properly. On the penultimate order, delivery costs were 19 euros because I requested express delivery, supposed to be delivered the next day, I received it 6 days later and impossible to get a refund because the Lidia crochet service does not want anything and does not even bother to respond to my emails. Sure, it's a site where yarn is not very expensive, but the deliveries are deplorable. So this is a case to follow. If I have to order elsewhere to have a more serious follow-up on deliveries, then I will do so even if I have to pay more. And according to some comments I have seen, I am not the only one. Lidia should ask herself the right questions. Good to know.

More color choices in wool

No paper model... The silver blue wool is a bit different from the photo. Also, I thought I would have the sketch of the sweater model, my daughter tells me to look at the tutorial, but that is complicated. I would have preferred to have the paper. So I am disappointed.

I have not received my package. The information on the package tracking does not allow me to have more information. Let's hope for good news because this is a 350 euro order.

Order never arrived. Was supposed to arrive yesterday??? No news from UPS.

Transporters are always complicated whether it's UPS because they don't even bother to notify us to give the package while someone is at home, and Mondial Relay, even though we choose a Relay point that is well open, the package is sent to another relay point. So it becomes complicated to get the package

The delivery time is too long for this order

I have nothing to complain about the wool, however UPS, who was supposed to handle the delivery, didn't even bother to come to my home or call me. I hate that companies use UPS because this company never delivers to me and always finds excuses. On the day of the scheduled delivery, I didn't leave my home and the delivery person didn't contact me. I monitored the delivery person's route via their notification and surprise at one point noted impossible to deliver. The package was dropped off at a location where I couldn't even pick it up the same day because it was closed even though it was noted open until 6 PM. Given the delivery fees, I believe that delivering to me as planned would have been the least they could do.

Still haven't received my order

I contacted you because I have not received my package to this day. According to UPS, I was delivered on Friday. I checked all the UPS points around me and I have not recovered the package. They tell me that the sender must contact them. I have sent you several messages without a response. Sorry for this review, but I think the order is lost. I will not order anything from you if you continue to ship with UPS. Many of us are losing packages with this company. My package was delivered to the hair salon in my village. The delivery person supposedly could not find my address despite my husband being at home. Too bad....

Preparation seems very quick but from sending to receiving it is very long compared to other suppliers.

I received a message saying that my order will arrive on 31/12, I haven't received anything, UPS message not in French I don't understand? When will I get my order (first time this happens)

My rating concerns the delivery with UPS. I have been waiting for my package for more than ten days and I have no news!!!!!!!! Way too long and not at all what was indicated on the site. The shipping costs are also quite high.... Not sure I will order again....

Still haven't received my order. Way too long, it's a shame but I think I will change suppliers with much regret.
